At Cash Genie, we have a very clear & straightforward pricing structure. We pride ourselves on transparency of fees. All of our charges can be viewed in our scroll box "Is a Cash Genie loan right for you".
We charge £30 for every £100 borrowed. This charge applies irrespective of the duration of the loan, meaning you will pay the same amount in charges if you borrow the loan amount over 5 days or 35 days. This is equivalent to an interest rate of 360% per annum (fixed).
The exact amount you will have to pay in charges depends on the amount you borrow from us.
Once your loan has been approved, your funds will be deposited into your nominated account and should reach you within a few minutes of the funds being sent.* Funds are deposited to the accounts of approved applicants once every hour up until 7:30pm (Subject to the execution of the loan documentation Monday to Thursday before 7:30pm, Friday before 5pm and Saturday before 3.30pm and your nominated bank supporting the faster payment service).
If you can afford to repay your loan early then you can repay in full anytime. We do not charge an early repayment fee, all you need to do is call us on 01473 200 102, speak to an agent and once we have successfully received your outstanding balance, your loan will be closed.
Alternatively, you can repay your loan via your member's area by clicking the 'Make a Payment' button and following the instructions.
If you do not wish to pay back on the agreed payment date, you may be able to extend the borrowing period under your existing agreement with us for a further month i.e. until your next payday. This is known as a "rollover". We can only agree to rollover a loan a maximum of 2 times.
If you do not think that you will be able to repay the amount owed under your agreement on your repayment date, please contact us on 01473 200 102 to discuss your options. We may be able to help you with an alternative payment arrangement if you are in financial difficulties.
The following fees are applicable if you have not contacted us to advise that you are in financial difficulty and have not responded to our emails/texts/letters to pay your outstanding amount or discuss an alternative payment arrangement.
