To apply, click on the APPLY NOW button on the website. Select the amount you would like to borrow and complete the application form. Please ensure that you fit our lending criteria before applying for a loan.
You will receive an immediate decision on whether we are processing your application or not based on our initial checks.
If you pass our initial checks, you will be asked to log in and sign your loan agreement with a verification code that will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS.
Once you have signed your loan, we will then carry out some final checks including our affordability assessment and if approved, we call you to deposit your loan.
To help us speed up the process, the more accurate the information is that you provide, the better. We may need some additional details before approving your loan and if we do the quicker you can provide this, the faster we can carry out the checks to proceed with your application. We perform checks to combat fraud and ensure we are lending responsibly to the right people.
As part of our service, we'll keep you posted about your repayments by sending a text message three days before your due date.
You can repay your loan before your due date by logging on to your member's area and clicking "Make a Payment" or you can call us and make payment over the phone. Find our opening hours on our contact us page.
We will set your repayment date to your next pay date; all you need to do is make sure the outstanding balance is available on this date. We will automatically take payment from the card you have registered with us. If you cannot make this payment or would like an extension of the repayment date, please call us or respond to our text/email.
